We offer EMS – Express Mail Service for extra charge. Delivery takes 3-7 working days depending on the destination. Total delivery time 4-9 days. Average delivery time is 5 days since your order is placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
Returns are accepted within 10 days after delivery. The item must be delivered back to us within 30 days after delivery. We will inspect the item and process a refund within 7 days after we receive your item.
We require that you provide receipt or order ID and send it to our email email@example.com to start the refund.
To be eligible for exchange, item must be unused, unworn and the products must be in its original condition with all tags. You can apply for an exchange within 10 days after delivery on our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If agreed then the item must be delivered back to us within 30days after delivery.

4. No Returns / No Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on returns or exchanges on items purchased with a final sale or purchased with a gift card. You can still try to contact us on email@example.com in case of issues.
5. Defects and broken items on delivery
